Dear young women,

I say young because at heart we all are young regardless the age. You are everyday bullied by media, society, even friends or totally strangers and it's not ok. A woman should never be ashamed of her body, of her beliefs, of her emotional state or her mind.

Media has thought us that only skinny girls are ok, that you have to have a body by a standard and fit perfectly in some maniac's horror silhouette standard. Know what, sweet woman? You don't have to.

We are all free, we came in all kinds of shapes and sizes, and we are different, but at heart we are all the same. We don't have to stand and watch as a bully decides that we are not fit.

Our imperfection is good. We are imperfectly perfect as we are and no matter what someone says, never forget: YOU are PERFECT in your IMPERFECTION!
Imagine how boring life would be if we were all perfect. Someone would have a vision about how a model should be for a photoshot, but she would say that she can't do it,because she is perfect.

Imperfection makes you give the best in you, so you should be grateful and love who you are and what you are.
No matter how you look, never forget that you are a beautiful human being!
