There is something to be said for knowing where your food comes from. You may recall awhile back I mentioned that we were corn feeding two steers getting them ready to go to the processor. Well today the beef is ready. Here we are sorting out the cuts. We split The two between six families. Now we all have a freezer full of quality food that we followed from the pasture to the table. Even if you are in the city I bet you can find a near by rancher willing to help you do the same thing.

This gives you more control over the quality of your meat and also gives you control over how the animals are treated.
Buying local also helps your local economy.
Our ranching operation is just getting started but we will have a couple available next fall if anyone is interested. We also will accept crypto-currency
