我的第一节手冲咖啡课。My first hand made coffee course.

Hello Steemit: How are you today? Today I want to share a very special and interesting experience, which is my first hand made coffee course.
各位Steemit的朋友们:大家好!今天要跟大家分享一件很特别也很有意思的事情,那就是我的第一节手冲咖啡课程。

日常生活中离不开咖啡的人们最常见的就是去到咖啡厅点一杯或者买一杯带走,那么你有没有想过你所要的咖啡除了机器设定制作出来还可以根据自己的口味调整制作方法得到呢。

Some people cannot do anything without a coffee in daily life, most they do is go to coffee shop, buy a cup of coffee. Have you ever thought except the coffee you want is made by machine, sometimes we can DIY a coffee with your favourite flavour.

首先这一桌子的设备就好迷你很趣稚,因为我们要做的实验都是一人份的,所以量杯 电子秤 碾磨机 过滤壶都是小个的。
All the machine on the table is in mini size. Because the test we make will be one of each, so the measuring cup, electronic scale, grinding machine and filter pot are all small.

我们先用的是印度尼西亚的一种有柑橘和甜玉米口味的咖啡豆。
First we use a special tastes of coffee beans, which include the citrus and sweet corn.

把15g的豆用中档力道磨成粉末,用1分30秒的时间加入225g 96度的开水,浸泡2’30s 滤出,得到的咖啡液体味道偏酸,甜味很少,苦味更是不明显,瞬间即逝;
Use 15g of bean with mid-range force ground into powder, add 225g, 96 degrees of boiling water. Soak 2'30s filter , the resulting coffee liquid taste sour, sweet little bitter, bitter taste is not obvious, it’s quite fleeting;

于是我们开始第二次实验,其他量都不变,把水温提高到98度,浸泡时间增加到4’30s,出来的咖啡酸味减少了很多,甜味增加很多,苦味也重了,原来轻微的改变就能产生变化,老师说是水温的增加降低了酸性物质,时间的拉长增加了咖啡因的萃取……
So we start the second experiment, the other volume are the same. The water temperature increased to 98 degrees, soaking time increased to 4 '30s, the sour reduce a lot, sweet taste increased a lot, bitter taste is heavy. Actually the slight change can change a lot, our teacher said that the increased of water temperature can reduce the acidic material, the longer time increased extraction of caffeine.

真是365行,行行出状元,不做不知道啊!
Really each industry has their specific specialist.

然后我们又改变口味,用了另一种埃塞俄比亚的有柑橘 柠檬 茉莉味道的咖啡豆,它的硬度明显要比上一种强。
Then we changed the flavour, with another Ethiopian citrus, lemon and jasmine taste of coffee beans, its hardness was significantly stronger than the previous one.

用手没办法碾碎,于是我们如法炮制各来了一遍,不同的搭配组合,不停地改变其中的参数,太有意思了,跟科学实验一样,每次的结果都能给我们不一样的欣喜!
No way to crush by hand, so we concocted each other again, with different combination, constantly changing the parameters. That was so much fun in it. It same as the scientific experiments, each results bring us different joyful!

咖啡文化是博大精深的,制作的过程更像是在做一个艺术品,试想一下,闲来无事的时候在家也慢慢地这样做调试。
Coffee culture is quite deep, the production process is more like doing a work of art. Imagine, if you are free at home, you have enough time to doing this, you must be joyful.

在所有程序中我最喜欢的是每当开水慢慢渗入磨碎的咖啡粉里,水粉合一的那一刻, 满屋飘香,既浪漫又温馨,顿时觉得世界可以如此美好……
My favorite step is when the water slowly infiltrate into the ground coffee powder, the moment of water and powder mix together , the smell spread all of the house. The moment must be both romantic and warm, suddenly feel that the world can be so beautiful.

乐此不疲,直至冲出自己最爱的口味,好有乐趣的说,既享受了DIY的过程又能喝到100% hand made 纯香咖啡是件多么令人陶醉而惬意的事情啊!

Never tired, until we made our favorite flavour, it must be the dream thing if we both enjoy the process of DIY coffee flavour and drink 100% hand made pure coffee!
