The Secret Of The 7 Chakras

How many within the Steemit world are familiar with the Chakras within the "body", though there are actually more than 7 these are the main ones that the majority focus on, so I will expound on them. As time goes I will bring more info relating to the other ones. So what is a "Chakra" , well the word itself is a Sanskrit or Hindu word meaning "Circle". Basically a chakra is a vortex or spinning wheel of etheric energy which funnels prana (hindu word meaning breath, or life giving force), into and through the subtle fields of our aura and into the physical body.

Just as your physical body need a regular intake of food and water to energise the organs and muscles, the spiritual body also need an intake of prana to keep it balanced and in harmony with the universe. Each of these 7 chakras is energised by the resonance of one of the 7 colors which make up white light (colors of rainbow or white colour spectrum).

The thing is each chakra has its own unique perspective and intelligence. Chakras being vibrational in nature, they respond well to both color and sound therapy. Each one of the chakras resonates in tune with a specific color or musical tone, and by visualizing these colors and tones of each chakra one by one, you can effectively restore your chakras to their original brightness , clarity and vitality.

This self-tuning method requires use of colors and musical tones. You can either visualize the colors and hum or sing the ones. Depending on the feed back that I get from this post, I will go more in depth into each of the 7 main Chakras.
