I see you have 8 batteries. Are you using 6 volt batteries or 12 volt ones for the system?
I saw on the charge controller that it's a 48 volt system. Is the power invertor separate from the charge controller?
Hey Amber! yep they are 6v 215AH wet cell golf cart batteries wired in series to give me 48v. The inverter is integrated in the product on a smart AC transfer switch. It is a patent pending controller that can switch power for charging from the grid or solar panels. If the bank is in a good state it will switch the power from the solar panels to run the inverter directly.
That sounds like a good setup!
