In every nation , have different cultures.
Here in the Philippines,we called this Bayanihan.

Bayanihan a Filipino custom derived from a Filipino word " bayan" which means nation,town or community.
The term bayanihab means"being in a bayan" which refer the spirit of communal unity work and cooperation to a particular goal.

What is the significant of Bayanihan?

In this photo,a local culture called"bayanihan" is revealed to have a significant influence on adoption to guanxi but is operationally different in that focuses on the development of a communal spirit to support the needy particularly those who are new to the community.
