Our brain is a very important part of our body. It is the only main control center of our body for every function that happens in our daily days life. But we are careless about know what to cognisense of to maintain the health of brain.
I’ve listed some habbits which we done properly, some damaging habbits below so take a look and ask yourself… Am I guilty of doing any of these things on a regularly basis?
1} Missing Breakfast
2} Sleeping late
3} High sugar consumption
4} More sleeping specially in morning
5} Eating meal while watching TV or Computer
6} Wearing cap/scarf or socks while sleeping
7} Habit of blocking or stopping Urine.
So prohibiting from these things and live life as a champion.
