Don't focus your eyes on anything stationary. When you are looking at something that isn't moving from within something that is, it causes conflicting feedback to your brain resulting in motion sickness. So, watch the road or the road signs getting closer to you as you progress through the trip. It may not fix it 100% but it will improve your condition. Hope that helps.
I just can't stop thinking about vomiting when I'm inside the car so,I dunno I tried this sea band but it helps a bit but still just need to ride the car really slow or the window is open.
