I have a couple of business partners and it was all very good and easy when setting things up. Once there was money it was a ridiculous fight for who got what. Good call on doing it yourself... (We are in the process of dividing everything and splitting up but it is not ideal).
Yeah I kind of thought of that issue too, but of course, that is not always the case. But I learned I'm happier when I get to do my own stuff and control how I want things to be in business. No more boss.
