Self confidence,i believe,is quite the ultimate.Nothing can be depressing like lack of self confidence.

Practicing hobbies or skills is actually a great method of developing confidence. A lot of people are scared of failure, or they think they aren't good at anything but when you work towards getting better at something you realize that you can change yourself, up until hat point it's easy to feel that anything you've don't like is just "how you are". Great advice !
