Sugar Cane Juice Uses And Preperation Of "GHORH".

The life of the farmers here is very simple but they are working hard to get some thing for the benefit of the country and to keep themselves feed with the hard work they did whole year.

We have two different crops they yield in a single years during the Summer Season we use wheat to yield and during the winter season we grow sugar cane.

When the rate of the sugar mills are high we sell all the sugar cane to the mills in order to get more income from the yield of the land,When the price is too low such as the current rate we Make "GHORH" From the Sugar Cane Juice.

How "GHORH" Can Be Obtained:

When the juice is collected from the sugar cane it is then filtered in the Big tank which is used as a gauge for the Pan . In that Pan we are almost collect The juice and that juice Get boiled . There is a big Pan Where the collected juice should be boiled and that boiled for a while and then is is collected in a cold plan plat.Where It can be leave for a while to get cold and allowed it to make a hard round shape.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

First the sugar cane is grown on the field and after 6 Months it is able to cut it and we can use to take the juice from it.

Before Harvesting:

This is the picture of the sugar cane grown after completion of six months and it will be the use to cut if very soon for extracting the juice,these picture explain that it will be ready for the cut off.

These are the sugar cane buncehs obtain after harvesting,It was ready to take the juice from it .it is collected in a place near to the machine and three Four people is used to take it to the machine extract the juice from it.

The Raw material are obtained after the pure juice is extracted completely .

After Crushing Of sugar cane:

These are the waste obtained after the crushing process and it will be spreaded on the ground in order to get it soaked to the Sun Shine which is used to burn the Fire and which will be used to boil the sugar cane juice and that juice will be explain for further Process.

BOILING PROCESS:

The juice obtained from the sugar cane can be filtered To remove fibers debris and the impurities from
the fresh extracted juice,First hat juice will be stored in a tank and it will be filtered before putting it into the boiling pan,Here it will be boil in that pan shown below,that picture shows that there is fire below this metallic pan,the fire is burn with that white color waste product which is soaked in the sunshine and that will be used to make a fire below this pan so there will be no loss for gas or fire making requirement all the waste of the sugar cane stick can be used to make a fire for boiling of the juice

Ball Making Which Is To Be Used In A Tea Instead Of Sugar:

These ball like structure to be made after cooling process off the juice and that will be make a solid balls and that taste is same as the sugar but it will be pure taste it have a great taste for the tea,it will really stuff which can be used for pure sugar ,Now a days people are mixing the sugar in the boiling process Because "Gorh" is costy than sugar of same weight,So it give more profit to the farmers in stead of selling the sugar canes to the sugar mills in order to get the income easily.
