How to induce positive thinking? It's simple.

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information.
So basically it so happens that sometimes you end up in a situation unexpectedly; you are taken aback! And you start thinking inside yourself; in your head ,why & how? Analysis is good! Understanding what made you end up in the situation is awesome! But once we understand the problem, we should not ponder on 'Why am I like this?' 'Why does this happen to me!' 'Why god is so mean to me?'. All these are negative emotions!

Once you recognize the problem you should focus on getting out of it! Your next step is sourcing a solution & that is it! Outline your plan, time frame and strategies in-case something goes wrong again; to get out of the situation and importantly also think of how not to get into the same situation in the future & that is being positive!

Positive emotions broaden your sense of possibilities and open your mind.
