Today I come with a post that I hope we use it to reflect on the good and bad experieces that we have in our day to day.

Discouragement vs Perseverance

Complaining creates discouragement in people and in turn feeds fear and increases frustration, these combined feelings can be quite damaging to our working life, personal, social and our life in general. These bad feelings are supported between them, have a relationship of mutualism where both benefit from the presence of the other and aims not to let us move forward in our project of life and most likely will succeed if we do not identify, if we do not stop On time and we changed our attitude.

So, ¿what can we do in the face of adversity? We clearly have two options. The first is the one that commented above, take a posture of discouragement, of frustration in which we see a gray world, a bleak world, without opportunity and The second option is where we see a world full of opportunities, a world full of abundance in which we see that if there is a closed door, our attitude, our way of seeing life, will be the right key to open that door and lead to a higher point our lives

The second option is the most difficult to accept or assimilate when we are going through difficult times, moments in which we only see darkness but that second option is the best we can take if we want to get ahead and build a life.

Discouragement is a feeling that we must eradicate from society, from ourselves; since it is formed with the bad decision people take to not believe, not have faith, let fear grow more and more and become stronger and this does not allow us to move forward. Being positive, persevering in life will give us the confidence, the wisdom and the strength necessary to confront all the situations that are presented to us in life, besides it makes us to be a more open person, more pleasant to know and with this we open a possibility of Win-win from some business in the future.

A Chinese proverb says:

There are many ways to get what we want in our lives but basically everything starts with how we choose to think, as you think, it will. Once you know this you start to take care of what you think, what you imagine for your life, you do not allow your thoughts are nothing you want or you do not want to manifest in your life..

Conclusión

If we have plans, goals and you are not reached in the time we have set; Surely discouragement, disappointment, frustration are going to start invading our lives, let's start having negative thoughts, etc. but it is up to us to change that poor attitude; We are still standing, we still have time to achieve success, we still have the ability to analyze because we fail and from there to improve and achieve the purpose in our lives.
