I agree, describing Spirituality is very tricky. Describing the esoteric is hard as well, I feel like most people aren't aware of that stuff, but I don't understand why more people aren't interested in occult shit...
Spirituality is being aware of the spirit. It's a sort of understanding of yourself as one thing among many, but also part of something much larger. Who knows? Does being spiritual necessarily mean you believe in souls?
What exactly is a "soul"?
