Another wonderful post! Thank you for raising awareness on a VERY important topic. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Portugal decriminalized all drugs from cannabis to heroin in 2001. They've turned their country around with statistics in regards to drug overdoses, drug addiction, drug related crime, and drug use in teens and the general populace - I'm sure even more.
