The problem is that the members of a state allow themselves to live in a society which isn't responsible to the people. Societies are simply collections of people sharing land, society creates its institutions, usually if there is a society wide problem, its a problem that needs to be fixed by society. More than cryptocurrency what venezwaila needs is a change in its culture so that it holds its government accountable when things go wrong.
