Agar doodh or haldi ko mila diya jaye to indono ke gun aapas me mil jayenge or iska sewan se hamare shrir ko bahut jada fayde milegi. Agar hamare sharir me chot lag jaye to haldi wala doodh peene se wah jakhm jald se jald thik ho jate hai.
Dosto aaisa bahut logo ke sath hota hai ke unke hanth, pair ya sharir ke or bhi koi ang hamesha dard deta hai agar aap daily haldi ko doodh me milakar uska sewan karenge to us se aapki yah problem jald se jald thik ho jayegi.
Jin logo ko raat me nind nahi aati agar we log haldi wala doodh raat ke khane ke baad or sone se aadha ghanta pahle pee le to phir unhe acchi nind aayegi.
