First of all, As a Turkish I impressed your topic of essay. Of course also essay. In my opinion, this topic have a lot of reasons. These are followings as,

Firstly, Education system of foreign language in Turkey only focuses on grammer information. This is affected badly to ability of speaking of foreign language.
Secondly, People who want to learn foreign language in Turkey should definitely travel to the countries where the language they want to learn is spoken.
Thirdly, People who want to learn foreign language in Turkey should be promoter to talking the foreign language. Should NOT be SHY.
