Dogs come into our lives to stay.
They do not go away when it becomes difficult, and even when the first intoxication has vanished, they still look at us with exactly that expression in their eyes. They do so until their last breath. Perhaps because they see us from the beginning as what we really are: faulty, imperfect people.
People who have chosen them just the way. A dog decides once for the rest of his life. He does not wonder if he really wants to get old with us. He just does it. His love, when we have earned it, is absolute

Dogs are cool. I always had one in NYC. They are always glad you come home.
Animals are truly the best. I once read that dogs look at people as some sort of ugly dog, but love us anyway. A cat knows that you are not a cat and just considers you its servant.
I also feel dogs are natural lovers. Their love is so selfish they don't want anyone near what belongs to their owners. I like dogs too.
