A 61-Year-Old KL Taxi Driver Was Beaten To Death Over Queue Jumping Issue At Petrol Station
KUALA LUMPUR: A man died following a fight with a fellow 65-Year Old taxi driver at a petrol station at Jalan Sungai Besi here. Pictures of two men, one wearing a white shirt covered in blood and another lying on the ground in a pool of blood, have been making their rounds on social media. Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohamed Mokhsein Mohamed Zon said in a statement the incident occurred at around 11.30am on Tuesday.
He said based on investigations and statements taken from witnesses at the scene, the victim, a 61-year-old taxi driver, got involved in a scuffle with another taxi driver there. “A 65-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the case,” he said adding that the case has been investigated as a murder.
