Haha Maverick. I have just done a post on our schooling system and how it still mirrored the system which produces workers for factories during the industrial age in the 19th century. I am not sure what would be Will's performance in a decade but I would acknowledge you for identifying the failure of the system and took an action to overcome it. All the best to Will!
