World: a Global Village

Ever wondered how exactly the same we are yet so different. Having the same body parts and looks, born in different nations, brought up in different cultures but distinguish from each other as time goes on thanks to values and society.
It is true that the world is becoming a global village but what are we doing on the individual level to achieve that.
Or should we even try to conform our self to the general mass. Its all so complicated. Complicated indeed..
