You seem to have had a lot of dramatic health scares (I'm thinking of your bar fight and its consequences). Glad you're OK now.
As for the hair. Let it be. The white might have been stark at one point, but age is beautiful. Wear it proudly. It speaks of the years you've survived (in your case, that's an achievement). Plus, you set an example and give other people liberty to be themselves by proudly claiming your age-appropriate hair.
I have black hair--or used to. It's slowly showing wisps of silver. These are actually overdue. They're part of me.
