REFLECTION is needed. be yourself.
One persons viewpoint can be the complete contrary of another's.
That is the beauty of perspective. That is the beauty of the mind and of individuality. BUT why do countless of you desire to be duplicates? Yearn for attention?
If you really picture it, we hold so much power over our selves. We truly control our actions yet we are still quick to blame others for our own faults.
The mind is powerful, if you are constantly thinking negatively your life will become negative. You will become lost.
I feel like humanity as a whole has lost touch of themselves.. How many of you actually take the time of day to stop and reflect? REALLY stop and reflect? REALLY breathe?
Few of you, I'm sure.
We are so distracted by our daily routines that we forget how to relax and just reconnect with ourselves. It is upsetting.
There is so much potential in the human mind but it is put to waste.
Please take the time to sit for a few moments a day whether it be 5 minutes or 2. Build up from there.
It will make a difference, trust me..
