Great advice and good to raise awareness also. My only point would be that no-one likes to see a Dr. but if you feel that you are suffering from severe stress, anxiety or depression then you should absolutely see a Dr. and the advice here should compliment medical help from the Dr. Mindfulness, exercise and meditation are all great. There is also some medical evidence that gluten can contribute towards a negative mental state and Asparagus can have a positive effect.
