This image always comes back to me when I am working on a hard project or goals.
You never know when you are about to strike gold, you may be closer to reaching them than you may think. It may be in a month, week, or even today!
Keep working toward your passions and goals. If you give up now, that's it...you will never reach your full potential.

The 10,000 Hour Rule
I don't know if I completely believe that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master. Some people might become great at somethings quicker than others.
Past skills build on new ones.
It does make sense though...
Nothing great comes immediately.
Like the image above, it takes a lot of hard work, perseverance, and time to strike your diamonds.
"Rome wasn't built in a day."
Here on Steemit this works the same. The more you put in, the more you get out. Keep posting and striving to meet your goals.

I knew that picture for quite some time and all you said here is completely true. Most people are so close to succes and they give up right before they are about to see the changes in their life. It is a shame. That's why you should never give up when you really want to do something and you believe in that thing.

Good post. Totally agree. It's just hard work and "grinding " till you make it. Here it is, "Do the unpleasant things to get the results you want. Do the pleasant things and you will not get the results you want." How true is that. See you at the top!!!
