The future and what it holds.

Hey everyone,

I had recently been pondering the vastness of this world and its many intricacies. It left me with many different ideas as to what the world would be like in the future.

As some of you may know I am very fond of space. It made me wonder when we would all have the luxury of going anywhere we wanted whether it be the other side of the world or the galaxy.

It spurred me to start thinking of ways that this idea may be achievable. What would this world need to grow beyond the current limitations and allow for us to reach newer heights in this legacy that we all as humans leave behind?

I had always heard this little quote though I do not know where it is from: " Born too late to explore the earth, born too early to explore the universe."

It was something that sincerely made me feel limited. I had rid myself of the idea that I was stuck in between. That this in between was meaningless. I wanted to matter in my time on this earth, however short it may be. I wanted to be a part of the future. One that I love. One that I had dreams of.

The question remained where does this journey begin?

This is purely my opinion and it may differ from yours and that is completely fine. I have no intentions of sucking you into some grand scheme to take over the world in an effort to achieve my dreams.

No. That would be the wrong way to approach it. People are what matter as people are the ones that have created the wheel, the carriage, the bicycle, the roads we drive on and the cars that they carry. People are the ones that have achieved flight in a world where nature deliberately made that act difficult for us humans due to a lack of physical wings.

We as a race are innovators. We are always testing the limits. We need to or we will cease to exist because we are not just a fixed number of people on a planet. We are an ever growing society of beings on another larger being that is the earth. It isn't an everlasting place and we know this even if we don't all believe in it, deep down. You know somewhere that this earth cannot maintain the rate of growth that is the human race forever.

A beautiful place isn't it, our home?

We as a race from what I have seen hate scarcity. We hate limitations. Almost as if within us, there is this need for more. Greed was born from this but that isn't the "need" I talk of. We simply do not enjoy a lack of something we desire whether it be food, clothing, shelter, water and even the intangible such as knowledge. Again there may be those satisfied in their ways and that is fine but you cannot tell me that you wouldn't be upset if someone took your last beer or slice of pizza without your consent, especially if you had wanted it.

Now, I talked about hating limitations but our own home, the earth itself, is one of our largest limitations. Sure, this wasn't a real thing back when there only a few humans roaming the earth but now that we are in the billions. The situation has changed and drastically at that and I for one do not want my future nor that of my children and those I cherish to be limited.

We are a race that crushes limitations at every turn. If not you, someone else and if not them our children.

I believe, that our current way of life may need a change. Not saying you need to be going outside protesting all day at an empty office room about how resources will be scarce and that the world is going to end.

Rather, a change in perspective as to what is important and beneficial to us as a whole. The bigger picture I suppose.

Wouldn't the thought of us working together to give way to a global community unique to its core to achieve its first steps in this vast existence we live in be amazing?

That just like the way cryptocurrency has value because the PEOPLE gave it value? Not the government, the dictators, the politicians or the corporations that surround us.

I am in no way talking of global peace. Rather than global peace. I believe in at least our race which is the human race to grow beyond these barriers created by our ancestors with walls spanning this entire planet separating one nation from another when if our efforts were ever used in unison just like it is on steemit, youtube, the internet, etc. Amazing things can grow like the Yunk movement, Space X and renewable energy, and so on.

Why do our leaders need to compare dick size when everyone wishes we could use these billions of dollars given value by the people and earned through the sweat of the people to achieve a greater goal such as conquering our galaxy through the knowledge we have gained through generations of existence and promoting the health and wealth of its people through new creations that could better all our lives ?

You all once thought the same. Yet we somehow ended up believing these were far fetched dreams as our current world would never allow for it but why? Aren't we the human race who have completely overtaken a fucking planet? Broken the limits of flight? Broken the limits that countless diseases have tried to stop us with? We even survived a few plagues just to come back stronger.

Aren't we the people who don't give in to these limitations that this world may place upon us?

I just wanted to share my little views on this life whether you care to agree or not. I believe one day soon we may just break these limits and further our growth to the stars.
