relatively speaking yeah... uni? I know there is a sports college, but then I look it up and find out that it has been merged and now part of a school called University of Taipei ... it is a very new one.
I remember from some Taiwan variety show mention that's night market there where the uni students like to go. So, I assume there's one nearby. :-)
