Couple of Saturdays ago, went to Harvey Norman at Millenia Walk and purchase a washer cum dryer. Scheduled for delivery on Thursday. On Monday, decided to change plan because a job interview I was to attend was cancelled. Called their customer service and spoke to someone. She said will checked and get back. One whole day nobody contacted me. Called them on Tuesday morning, didn't reach any live body but left message twice. In the afternoon, someone finally called and I confirmed with her to rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday morning. As I hung up, a guy from there called. Totally uncoordinated. Then later, I got a text message telling me the delivery was schedule for the afternoon and I had to call them and asked what the hell is going on. Wasted some more time before sorting things out.
两个星期六前，去了Millenia Walk的Harvey Norman买洗衣干衣机。约好周四送来我家。星期一，决定改变计划，因为我本要在星期三参加的面试取消了。打电话给他们的客户服务并与某人谈了一下。她说会查看才回复我。一整天没有人打电话给我。星期二早上再打电话给他们没接通到个活人但留言两次。下午，有人终于打来电话，我确认要安排周星期三早上送来。一挂断电话，另一个人来电话。完全不协调。 然后，下午收到短信，告诉我将会星期三下午送来。搞什么？不得不打电话给他们，问到底是怎么回事。 还要浪费了更多时间才整理好。

星期三早上，我试着先做一些艰苦的工作来节省一些时间。将洗衣机拉出来。
Damn, the area was very dirty. The old machine was vibrating like crazy before and left many dirt marks.
糟糕，那里可真肮脏。旧机震动得很厉害。还留下还很多黑黑的痕迹。
So, I spent some time scrubbing and mopping. Then, I put a fan to dry the area.
然后，查查刷刷抹抹。再放把风扇吹干那里。
Later, 2 guys came and delivered. Then quickly installed and dumped some papers there without giving any advice or basic instructions on usage of the machine unlike the previous times we bought from Courts. Not very good service overall. Only consolation was, got a rather good price for it.
后来，2个人送来后，很快就安装了并将一些文件丢在桌上就先走。没有提供任何关于机器使用的建议或基本说明。这与我们以前从Courts买的时间不同。 整体服务不是很好。 只能安慰自己，最少买的代价还相当不错的。

Wow the old one looked pretty new lol!!! I got a Maytag that is about 15 years old! You stayed with the same brand. How long did you have the old one for?
Haha... the lady finds a need to clean the machine every use. I considered a Whirlpool also but we don't have many American brands. There are more Europe ones and Miele is definitely for the richer people. The old one was about 5+ years but the sales guy told us for a washer cum dryer kind of machine to last 5+ years is not bad already. We considered having a separate washer and dryer but the space above the washer has some constraint now.

No but did a quick search and found i probably had seen it as one of their quickdeive model but decided it’s out of my price range 😎
Now time to wash wash wash heheh looks great : )
They said you can pause and there is a small door when can be released in case you started and suddenly see another pair of socks lying somewhere. Haven't tried that.
