For people who do not work permanently, or unemployed, the community will certainly work hard to cover the needs of the day. Unemployed communities (not working in the government and at other institutions), will certainly work in accordance with their place of residence and also in accordance with the experts they have.

All work is preceded by learning. no immediate community can work without learning, even if the communities are fishermen or farmers.

Which I put here is a masyarat who works as a fisherman. before they work as fishermen, the community has first learned about the technique of working as a fisherman.
But different ways of learning as a fisherman rather than learning to work at the institution.

Although fishing communities do not learn theoretically, but fishing communities can learn hands-on practice. they learn by being accustomed. they see, carry out. day by day get used to the job, then over time the community can.
Vice versa for farmers. they can work as farmers, not because of the results of theory learning, but can be accustomed to.
