Silver lining? :) Totally understand that craving. It was funny - I had a writing client who had a pho restaurant, so my team was writing about pho for months before I ever had the opportunity to try some. One slurp and I was hooked. Now it's a regular craving - and nothing else will do when the pho bug hits. Glad you liked it - get you some pho!
Haven't found a good place here in Santiago Chile with good Pho! I'm on the lookout though!
