a. Social Condition
The social condition of Gampong Trieng community in the internal order of the village is good enough where the sense of brotherhood and friendship among the citizens is always maintained. This is evidenced by the high sense of tolerance among the citizens, such as gotong royong which is held every Friday by gampong society, marriage receptions and disaster places where the community keeps enlivening the event without any appeal to a people, race or kin

1. Economic Conditions.
   The economic condition of Gampong Trieng community in Matangkuli Sub-district, North Aceh Regency is relatively weak, where most of the people are still prosperous. The average of the population livelihood as a farmer of rice fields, both who work on their own land or land owned by others with profit sharing system known as mawah.
   The life of the Gampong Trieng community is viewed from a relatively simple economic condition. Their livelihood is the agricultural sector, besides that there are also other types of jobs such as traders, builders, drivers, private employees or civil servants

2. Community Culture
   The values ​​of local wisdom and community culture in Gampong Trieng are felt to be still very strong, such as culture gotong-royong, the sense of the fate of arms, the etiquette of speech and the norms inherent in society among them can be seen the existence of routine rituals eg kenduri down to the rice fields and others. Another culture that is felt within the village that is still strong is the culture of mutual cooperation between villagers or hamlets. Although also sometimes perceived the values ​​of noble culture (customs) there are also faded, for example in the wedding reception, the circumcision that the talam food culture has been replaced also by French cuisine (europe).

3. Condition of Village Government
   The condition of Gampong Trieng government is quite good, in which there is or fulfillment of all election positions, the internal administrative tools of the village from head of hamlet, kaur-kaur, village head up to Tuha Peut and Tuha Lapan have been running optimally, helping each other and working together for success planned development programs.
   However, in the field of facilities is still a major problem, but this does not diminish community service to be neglected. What impressed me for the author of the administration in Gampong Trieng, the full authority that his leadership gave to his subordinates, thus creating subordinates who were more concerned about and responsible for the task undertaken and fostering a sense of responsibility and trust in the mandated office.

a. Kondisi Sosial
Kondisi sosial masyarakat Gampong Trieng dalam tatanan internal desa cukup baik yang mana rasa persaudaraan dan silaturahmi antar warga selalu terjaga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rasa toleransi antar warga yang cukup tinggi, misalnya gotong royong yang dilaksanakan setiap jum’at oleh masyrakat gampong, resepsi perkawinan dan tempat musibah yang mana masyarakat tetap meramaikan acara tersebut tanpa ada pemihakan kepada suatu kaum, ras atau kerabat

1. Kondisi Ekonomi.
   Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat Gampong Trieng Kecamatan Matangkuli Kabupaten Aceh Utara saat ini tergolong masih relatif lemah dimana sebagian besar masyarakat masih hidup pra sejahtera. Rata-rata dari pada penduduk bermata pencaharian sebagai petani penggarap sawah, baik yang menggarap tanah sendiri ataupun tanah milik orang lain dengan sistem bagi hasil yang dikenal dengan istilah mawah.
   Kehidupan Masyarakat Gampong Trieng ditinjau dari kondisi segi ekonomi tergolong sederhana. Mata pencaharian mereka adalah sektor pertanian, disamping itu juga terdapat beberapa jenis pekerjaan lainnya seperti pedagang, tukang bangunan, sopir, pegawai swasta atau pegawai negeri sipil

2. Budaya Masyarakat
   Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan budaya masyarakat di Gampong Trieng dirasakan saat ini masih tergolong sangat kuat, misalnya budaya gotong-royong, rasa senasib seperjuangan, tata krama berbicara serta norma-norma yang melekat dalam masyarakat antaranya dapat dilihat adanya ritual-ritual rutin misal kenduri turun ke sawah dan lain lain. Budaya lain yang dirasakan di dalam desa yang masih kuat adalah budaya gotong royong antar warga desa atau dusun. Walau juga terkadang dirasakan nilai-nilai budaya luhur (adat-istiadat) ada juga yang luntur, misal dalam resepsi perkawinan, sunatan yang budaya hidangan talam telah tergantikan juga oleh hidangan ala Perancis (eropa).

3. Kondisi Pemerintahan Desa
   Kondisi pemerintahan Gampong Trieng tergolong lumayan baik, yang mana ada atau terpenuhinya seluruh posisi pemilihan, perangkat internal pemerintahan desa dari mulai kepala dusun, kaur-kaur, kepala desa sampai dengan Tuha Peut dan Tuha Lapan telah berjalan optimal, saling membantu dan bergotong royong menyukseskan berbagai program pembangunan yang direncanakan bersama.
   Meskipun demikian, dalam bidang fasilitas masih merupakan masalah utama, namun hal ini tidak mengurangi pelayanan masyarakat menjadi terabaikan. Hal yang terkesan bagi penulis dari pelaksanaan pemerintahan di Gampong Trieng, wewenang penuh yang diberikan pemimpinannya kepada bawahannya, sehingga menciptakan bawahan yang lebih peduli dan bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang dijalankan dan menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dan amanah terhadap jabatan yang diamanahkan.
