对于以上几点这里有所补充:⑴很多人容易胖起来,其实和你自己肠胃的消化能力有一定关系,在人的身体里大肠胃负责消化,小肠负责吸收营养,然而生活中的食物如果没有通过肠胃消化殆尽的话,没有被完全消化的那部分食物就会变成脂肪,有些脂肪让你长肥肉,有些脂肪依附在肠道上,时间就了,肠道的蠕动功能就会越来越差,自认而然你就长胖了,便秘也是这么来的,所以经常再说少吃肉,多吃蔬菜水果,特别是香蕉,含有对肠道有益的K,可以帮助减肥。
⑵对于运动,那种运动可以达到快速减肥呢。我自己实践发现:①俯卧撑。每晚200~500个标准俯卧撑。②跑步。每天5公里或10公里慢跑,快跑对心脏不跑,避免快跑。③跳绳。每次500个单跳或者500双跳。④打拳。这个我最喜欢,很棒。⑤唱歌。正确的唱歌,唱一首歌可以说相当于跑了1000米,是不是感到很意外啊,唱歌也可以减肥。
