Facebooks Libra - The war for world currency domination begins!

It seems, that Zuckerberg's Libra currency is scaring the hell out of central banks and governments.

China's central bank has announced plans for a own crypto currency intended for world wide use, the US government is demanding certain rules regarding the Libra from Facebook, India is thinking of banning cryptos alltogether.
Is the end of the US Dollar as the international currency near?
