RE: Anarchist to Abolitionist: A Bad Quaker's Journey
Ants do not have philosophical discussions, in which ant society segregates into good and evil, right and wrong, activist and do-nothings. Some people form groups with the same traits. Members don't think critically, but simply cheer at the appropriate moments, believe what they're told, and pony up their share. This is the nature of eusociality, and it is useful to ant queens, queen bees, and psychopathic banksters and their pet politicians.
Rational folks discuss matters, and, even though they may have nearly identical goals, enemies, and ways of life, will discover areas of disagreement that prevent them from being in perfect alignment regarding every possible policy. That is the nature of freedom, reason, and intelligence, and it fractures the social power of every group and movement rational people undertake.
It is easy to see how herds of sheeple are able to be used via the state to vote for any policy or platform desired by pathological manipulators, and why folks that seek freedom, justice, and the American way are fractured into squabbling and irrelevant fragments unable to present democratic unity regarding any policy or platform. This is a fundamental flaw in philosophical underpinnings of democratic political systems, and it will naturally result in tyranny inevitably.
The state, like all institutions, gains it's power through parasitization of many individuals, whether members or subjects. As technological advance and development have proceeded, individuals have gained greater power with each advance, but as institutions focus a bit of the power of many individuals, institutions have been able to maintain a power advantage over individuals.
Today, decentralization is the cutting edge of tech advance across every field of industry. We seem to have reached or crossed a threshold in which institutional power and parasitization is no longer able to be increased, and means of production suitable to individuals are becoming more suitable and widely dispersed throughout the population, dramatically increasing the power of individuals versus institutions. Were this trend to simply be allowed to continue, individuals would adopt more and more decentralized means of production, make stuff themselves every bit as good as factories run by experts, and eliminate parasitic extraction of their wealth, eventually rendering institutions obsolete and people free.
I'm pretty sure psychopaths focusing the proceeds of parasitic institutional power on themselves aren't going to simply allow that to happen. Like cattle, humanity are being domesticated for the benefit of their owners, and cattle that are unruly are culled. Automation also is reducing the need for herds, unto negligibility. Genocide, which psychopaths have no natural objection to on humane grounds, is becoming more and more likely as it becomes more and more possible to generate goods and services without herds of productive workers.
It is critically important that free people undertake decentralized means of production to eliminate parasitization of their wealth and effect the security of their families, communities, and property. While war and violence isn't the only way to contest for power, it usually becomes that contest, and it is necessary to prepare for it while seeking peace and freedom.
We need to help one another, even if we cannot completely form agreement on all policies, as folks alone against armies lose.
Thanks!
