As a New Yorker I can definitely attest to how miserable it can be, thanks to all this regulation. New York City is especially awful, so I'm not surprised by this article in the least!
I do have a recommendation for you though @ivanba12. I'll bet that your posts will be a bit more popular if you focus on original content instead of simply copy-pasting a portion of the article and then linking to it. There's nothing wrong with what you're doing - especially since you're citing the original source - but remember that Steemit as a platform is all about providing content that will be valued by the community, and most Steemit users are interested in more original content.
thanks for the recommendation I definitely plan on putting up some original content. I do like sharing articles I read throughout the day that I think people would find interesting too.
Im from New Jersey so not to far off from New York when it comes to lack of freedom. Moved to Puerto Rico recently.
