The Rule of Law

in #libertarianism7 years ago

Libertarianism isn't libertinism or hedonism. It isn't a case that "individuals can do anything they like to, and no one else can state anything." Rather, libertarianism proposes a general public of freedom under law, in which people are allowed to seek after their own particular lives insofar as they regard the equivalent privileges of others. The decide of law implies that people are represented by for the most part relevant and precipitously created legitimate tenets, not by discretionary orders; and that those standards ought to secure the opportunity of people to seek after bliss in their own specific manners, not go for a specific outcome or result.
