RE: Three topics big deal to libertarians
People hate it when I ask them how anyone can delegate to government an authority no individual has in the first place. I'm accused of logical fallacies, or presented with some appeal to a "social contract" at best.
"Social contract". Bah.
The most obnoxious social contract apologists love to treat it like a binding contract when you violate whatever terms they believe it contains, and then insist you're being too literal when you make an argument based on the nature of valid contracts.
