Beware the "Transaction Broadcast Error"

While attempting to post an article to my steemit blog, I received a "Transaction Broadcast Error".

It looked as though my article hadn't uploaded, so I clicked post again and received another error.

On the third try I got suspicious and clicked on my blog just to see if anything was happening.

I had posted the article three times.

I kept the first one, "deleted" the second, and edited the third into the post you are reading now.
