Un-Constitutional and I am so disappointed that the state highway patrol was involved! BTW; I will again capitolize the state highway patrol; WHEN THEY EARN IT! >:(
You expect some of these small towns to act stupid, while they are being removed for cause; but it is infuriating to see the state stoop to this level!
They have One Job...to protect the public; dysmal job failure here, fire them!

The Supreme Kangaroo Court has ruled that the police have no duty to protect and serve. Just enforce lawlessness. They are nothing more then lawless killers. BluISIS as Gavin says LOL. We all need to start calling these lawless killers that.
We had a Sheriff here that was mistreating prisoners. We removed him, for cause, and had several deputies put in Prison! They would not try this crap here; they have Zero protection from their Employers! Their Employers have the authority, to Remove those that ignore the law.
That Sheriff was removed, not just voted out. Had to vote in an intrim Sheriff, but it was well worth it!
Texas can take out the trash, without blood in the streets....

Put a few of the Hitler wanna be's in prison, and fire the rest, and the replacements will be of better quality!
