Yeah, I know what you mean. I still get that crap everytime I decide to take a break and pop in one of my old Stargate SG-1 DVD's.
I always remember thinking it was really odd that every time I chose to enjoy such products from the beginning my experience began with such a serious threat -- seriously, who the hell treats a customer like that?
Someone looking for ex-customers, I suppose ;)
It's just as well, I found better things to do with my time.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder why RIAA didn't preface all the albums they distributed with such scowling/fist-shaking/handcuff-jangling? It sure would've effed up that whole Dark Side of the Moon / Wizard of Oz combeaux for one! Ha!
