Andrew Peter Napolitano (born June 6, 1950) is an American syndicated columnist whose work appears in numerous publications, such as Fox News, The Washington Times, and Reason. He is a senior judicial analyst for Fox News, commenting on legal news and trials. In March 2017, Napolitano was suspended from Fox News for making unsubstantiated claims that British intelligence officials spied on Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign at the request of U.S. President Barack Obama.

He served as a New Jersey Superior Court judge from 1987 to 1995. He is a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School and has written nine books on legal and political subjects.
