Patrick Leahy, D-VT and Bill Nelson D-FL introduced a bill to make a searchable federal gun database because reasons, and totally not a registry y'all. We all like to joke about losing our guns in an unfortunate boating accidents and all, but at some point this won't end well for all involved.
The State really wants lists and the more searchable the better. Stay vigilant out there.

Why on Earth is everyone looking to a couple of teens for advice on gun violence? Like, these children were nary a twinkle in their parents eye when those two boys shot up Columbine. Other than "guns are bad", what wise, sage wisdom do they hold that I am just not seeing?
Modern equivalent to waving the bloody shirt. Emma Gonzales was one of the kid's bullies at school. One could make the argument she was partially responsible for what happened. Politicians will use these useful idiots to forward their agenda of civilian disarmament. Thanks for the upvote and comment, you rock!
