Letting go

With the identification of the 'i as an object comes the belief that there is an 'i to experience something. With this comes the identification with the experience. 

With practice we can release ourselves from the identification with experience. 

We don't own our experience so much. Experience is no longer happening 'to us' rather it is moving through us.
