Tuna tomato tart with mottard
Ingredients (6 to 8 people):
1 leafy dough
3 large eggs
10 ml fresh liquid cream
10 cl of milk
1 tablespoon mustard (mustard)
1 can of tuna
2 tomatoes
salt pepper
Preparation:

  1. The pie dough is spread out and settled in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. .
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, milk and mustard. Add the shredded tuna and tomato cubes. We add salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the filling over the pie.
  4. Bake the tuna tomato tart for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven at 190°C.
    Feel free to modify this recipe by adding small cubes of cheese, onion rings, or zucchini.
