Same Love - I can't believe it's been 11 years since I got married

through the years...

before the laws were changed for marriage equality in the United States
before so many LGBT characters were included on tv
before (though we're still struggling with this one) LGBT parents were in somewhat abundant visibility

It's still amazes me to see Sam Smith videos being mainstream and other artists who can finally be open and proud of themselves rather than be ashamed---in Western cultures, at least. I'm thankful.
