Have you seen Futurama? There is an episode how a robot changed his gender and won olimpic games. I know that athleat women are stronger than average man, BUT athlete women have worse results than men athletes. Even in school girls have smaller sport test level.
Sorry but The current men's world record is 9.58 seconds, set by Jamaica's Usain Bolt in 2009, while the women's world record of 10.49, ALMOST 1 second best man athlete better than best woman.

Using hormones we can easily fix that problem, and the (sadly limited) research shows that being trans has no impact on sports abilities. The point of the post was posting a link to that information, which you completely ignored.
