Dear steemit friends, today we are discussing about letter writing.
LETTER WRITING:
In modern times every educated person should know how to write a clear and readable letter. Everyone sometimes feels the necessity writing official letters or business letters some sort.and may have to face the problem of writing an important personal letter that would vitally mould his interest in life. Hence letter writing that would and it is also and art . But whenever we sit down the write a letter. We realize that writing a good letter is not an esay job and needs careful practice.

Letter may be divided into the following classes :
a. Private letter and telegram.
b. Social letters
c. Business letters
d. Official and demi official letter
e. Letter in response ti the advertisement
f. Letters to the editors of a newspaper
g. Circular letter or notice & draft

Private letters,social letters,business letters and official letters or demi official letters may be broadly divided into two groups-
1. Letters of information and proposal
2. Reply letters
Each of the official letters.business letters,private letters etc. Has it own particular from. But there are certain matters of from which apply to all. So we should know that in all kinds of letters there are six parts that must be attended to.
Official letter,business letter,private letter.

1. The heading consisting of the writing address and the date.
   2.the courteous greeting or salutations.
2. The communication or message the body of the letter.
3. The subscription or courteous leave talking.
4. The signatures.
5. The subscription or outside address.
   Now look at model of a private letter with all the six parts discussed above.
