Let's Play: Fallout 4 Modded Part 2: Establishing A Base of Operations
This is part 2 of my Fallout 4 modded lets play. In this video I first establish a base of operation, then I head for Concord to aid the Minutemen. But the game glitches out, and prohibits me from finishing the quest.
