It is possible to ascend or descend in our consciousness & experiences. The direction in which we spiral/travel is our choice if we are cognizant of our power and process....

Today I am learning more about healthy eating habits and changes I can make to my lifestyle that will translate to higher states of awareness and energetic potential.
